If you can't connect to your pin we suggest you try the following steps:

  1. Make sure Bluetooths is turned on. 
  2. Make sure Locations Services is turned on.
  3. Force Quit and relaunch the app and try again. You force quick the app by going to the apps Info section in Settings > Apps and click "Force stop"
